Job Description
Digital Communications Manager, Development Associate, and Program Manager
Advance is currently looking to add three vital roles to our team. We are seeking dynamic, tenacious individuals who will support our next stage of organizational growth:

The Program Manager will be a quick-paced, systems-minded, collaborative project manager with a tech, campaign, or advocacy background who has experience cultivating and managing relationships, tracking multiple moving priorities, and adapting on the fly while keeping everyone in the loop.

The Development Associate is an early career position who will balance complex logistics and relationships while managing several tracks of contributed revenue with high-level follow-through in internal and donor communications, and may grow into managing their own portfolio.

The Digital Communications Manager will bring their tactical experience planning and implementing digital communications across platforms and a desire to grow into management to create accessible content that retains Advance’s lens, while weaving the thread from why it matters to how it impacts Indian Country.
